Today is my 15th wedding anniversary, and I was hoping to be a lot lower that what I am at right now. I don't know what is going on but I think I hit a road block. There is no reason I shouldn't be under 200 pounds right now, with the amount of work I am putting into it and what I am eating. I sure hope my scale at home is wrong and I finally got under 200. I don't know if I can go through another week of very low weight loss.

Don't cave...I loose weight easy but even I have flat spots or days where the scale says I'm going backwards... Your body will go through several phases during a diet so just hang in there until it shifts back into the burning fat mode...The fist mode is mostly water weight and it gets people all excited..then the body can go into starvation mode and actually slow way down on calorie burn...you have to wait it out until you reprogram your body to the "That's all the food your going to get mode" and the body will then statr burning fat reserves at a better rate then you are seeing now. YOU CAN DO IT GIRL! Hang in there with us!

I just looked at your calorie intake you are doing great!...IF YOUR NOT CHEATING!! Be honest with yourself and with us and put EVERYTHING down. If it go's in your mouth it go's down on paper..OK?...:) At your current intake rate you will be loosing some serious weight very soon.
