Trying to find a consistent eating pattern. Would like to eat enough to maintain my weight, but also be in a place in which I can lose fat/gain muscle. Am working on recovery from a long battle with an eating disorder. I am currently in a bad pattern in which I restrict all day, and then eat candy/peanut butter/other *crap* at night, which makes me feel guilty and I restrict the next day (even so, I still end up eating, most days, much less than I need to be). I'm trying to make good choices throughout the day so I don't end up with midnight munchies. I take an appetite stimulant medication at night and that is the culprit, but I don't want to give into it.
