Got good news and bad news yesterday, the bad news, one of our team mates hurt herself and is now out of the competition, the good news is she prepaid for all of the last chance workouts at the gym and gave them to me since she can't do them!!! I can not thank her enough!! I really wanted to go but couldn't afford the classes, and thanks to her now I get to do them!! I will put them to good use, and hopefully they will help really bump up my weightloss!! I have got to think of something special to do for her. Anyways, we have our group class tonight which I am really pumped up for. Had a good workout with Colleen yesterday, left with a sweaty butt lol!! Thanks Colleen! :) Trying to switch the diet up a bit to get some better results, had a yummy wrap for lunch today, made it clean without any processed lunch meat, used boneless skinless chicken breast instead and it was very tasty. Well, back to work I go, have a good day everyone!! :)
