hardatworkapril's Journal, 10 October 2011

Well the weekend is over, starting a new week. I went for a jog yesterday around the block to see if I can improve on my last weeks time of 10 minutes 30 seconds (it's .9 miles I know sucky time huh) anyways this week I ran it in 9 minutes 17 seconds so I cut off over a minute (still not the greatest time) so I improved!! I have noticed that I don't get winded as much, I can run for a long amount of time without stopping, my only issue is my mouth gets so dry. I have got to figure out this breathing thing. Anyways, going to try to change up my diet a bit, taking out the fist full of carbs from one meal a day I think that caused me a bit of an issue this week. Also, going to try to bump up my exercise even more. Got a book from one of the trainers (This is why you're fat and how to get thin forever by Jackie Warner) it has a lot of exercise examples in it that I am going to try at the gym tonight. Colleen I hope your ready for me!! LOL!! :) It's going to be a good week, I can feel it!! Top 12 here I come!!

I'm glad I ready this. I'll try to bring my A-game tonight since it sounds like we'll be guinea pigs. Great job on the run! Way better than most people can do.
