It's possible, but can I ask what your are doing to lose your weight outside of eating? If you have any needs as far as movement impairment or deficiencies of any kind? Also what is your approximate height so I can get an idea of where you are. If your wanting to lose more it could be very possible.

Although I don't personally know you. I hope this comment can motivate you not to give up and keep going. A weight gain isn't the end of the world.
"Stay strong everyone. Be the best you you can be!" These are the exact words that you wrote but I'm not sure if you accepting that "your meant to be at this weight" is being the best you can be especially when on a challenging journey such as a weight loss journey. The point is to never give up on changing your lifestyle. I hope this gets you to the last couple of lbs you have left. Your sooo close!

Everyone has a "pause" occasionally -- and sometimes that can even mean a step or two back especially when it's such a small step back. You may want to take a look at some of the hints others have used to re-jumpstart their losses. The key is not to give up!

Maybe your gaining weight from muscle? Ive learnt to ditch the daily/weekly scale weigh ins and focus more on measurements. If you have recently increased your exercise you can gain 3-4 pounds from water weights your body focuses on feeding "new" muscle.

Keep in mind, it's not just about the scale. It's about striving for a healthy lifestyle. Focus on taking care of yourself - it's a form of self-respect. Stay strong and remember the goal is ultimately health. :)

What happened to "I'm in my early 50's and diabetes runs in my family. I want to lose weight now before it's to late."?? That seems like a pretty strong reason to NOT "just accept life the way it is." #work

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. It's been a rough week and it's nice to see people with positive thoughts. I'm not giving up! I will stay strong and do the best that I can do. This site is really what I need to keep me in check.
You are all the best!
