I was not happy yesterday, I was on my way to the gym and there was soooooo much traffic that it took me 45 minutes to drive maybe 2 miles, so I missed out on at least 30 minutes in my workout. I can't afford to miss 30 minutes in a workout!! Ok enough venting, I did good on my food for the most part, need to up my protein a bit more, came into the office today and noticed that ants took over my cereal box which sucks because Kashi isn't cheap and I only had one bowl :( So the bright side is that I get to have my yummy oatmeal :) Group workout tonight I'm excited and I'm going to bring it!! It's going to be a good day today!!
