So, not off to a good start - I had to stop for gas on the way to work, and I gave in to a chocolate muffin craving:( At least I held myself down to just 1/2 of the muffin. Lunch will be a very light TV dinner; no idea what I'm actually going to have for dinner but it needs to be protein-based. I'm definitely not getting enough of that!
