WOW, lesson learned! Yesterday I gave into a craving for a chocolate muffin, and it seemed to set me up for some serious hunger! I was so hungry when I got off work (and yes, I did eat lunch plus had a healthier snack in the afternoon)that I had dinner at Fazoli's again - the ultimate spaghetti plus 2 breadsticks. I did get on the treadmill for about 55 minutes afterwards, but just walked. No way was I able to run:( Totally busted, & didn't get nearly enough protein. I'm not on any kind of Atkins diet, but I do realize I need to cut down on the carbs & increase the protein, which I'm focusing on today (plus calorie count!). Needless to say, I felt pretty crappy when I woke up this morning, I just need to remember this the next time I have a craving for one of those muffins. Totally not worth it!
