Has anyone heard about the Military diet and do they know if it actually works.

http://themilitarydiet.com/ has the info you need. Basically you follow 3 days of low calorie eating. The meals are pre-compiled for you to follow. Personally it's too restrictive for me but if you do it in conjunction with 16:8 Intermittent Fasting then it might be easier to do.

I heard of it and sadly tried it..my colleagues and I tried it at the beginning of this year to help jump start our bid to undo the Christmas/festive period damage...like any restrictive meal plan/diet...you will drop quite a few kgs in a few days...but no point doing it if you gonna eat like normal afterwards
