AH! I feel like I am never going to get back on track. It was my BF's bday on Saturday, so of course we drank and ate the weekend away! I do have confidence in myself that I will drop the extra weight I gained. I didn't work out at all last week. I am going back to the treadmill and weights today. I need to keep up my good work. I feel so much better about myself when I am eating right and working out. so frustating...
