So this weekend wasn't the best for me (food wise) but I also didn't go TOOOO over board. I would have a light breakfast and then one large meal. I know that's not ideal but it seemed to have worked out for me considering I wasn't eating the healthiest dinners. I had a slight gain since my last weigh in but I expect that to be off/down by this weekend. All in all, my family was in town visiting me and we had a great time. So sad to see them have to leave. :o(

I understand how you feel about the food plan not going well. I went to NC with my mom, dad, and daughters for my nephews b-day and I didn't track anything. I think it was helpful for me too to just kind of let it go for a little bit. I'm actually really excited to get back into the swing of things again.

Yeah, I really didn't do too much damage so I am not too bummed out about this weekend. It's always hard to be good with food when you are with family! haha. Back on track now!
