I was doing soooooo good yesterday. I ate only what I brought for lunch, with the exception of the pistacchios. Those came from our snack office here at work. I get home and I weighed myself and was 2 lbs lower than in the morning. I went for a 3 mile run. A slow 3 mile, but 3 miles nontheless. I need to cut a minute off my mile but that is a different story...I walk home from the work out complex to find my BF at home and he tells me "I bought you beer for Monday night football." AAHHH!! Temptation at it's finest. Then he makes fettuccine and garlic bread for dinner. I only had a small portion because I just knew I was going to have beer while watching football with him. I swear...I was on a roll until Monday night football presented itself! haha.
