Woke at 216.6, up 3.6 in water retention overnight as a result of eating out. Will try to stick with a 1200 calorie day to catch up to my average. But succumbed to a couple of handfuls of Brazil Nuts after midnight. Those were added to today's total, which adds to the challenge. UPDATE: Took a complete rest day. Hydrated a lot to flush out the excess sodium. Did not work out or weigh in again. Enjoyed the super bowl with some chicken wings and raw veggies. Ate 1458 calories. More calorie adjustment tomorrow.
