today is the day I start banting seriously. After doing loads of research I realise that I need to be very strict and follow more guidelines from keto lifestyles.... I cannot just eat what I want from the green list. I need to stay off milk (too many cups of coffee) I'm way more prepared now...

I bant and also love my coffee but the milk affects my progress too! I have compensated by having more veg and no fruit, so the only carbs I get in a day is the milk from my coffee. I have cut down to smaller cups with just a splash of milk and 1.5tbs cream, and down to 3 a day (from 6)- still keeps me sane and happy :)

Try the 5:2 Fast Diet for a less strict approach to weight/fat loss. I've lost over 20kg and I never gave up carbs like potatoes, rice, roti, burgers, pizza, pasta, etc. More info on www.thefastdiet.co.uk and feel free to talk to us here on FatSecret too.
