I live in the beautiful town of George. love being outdoors in summer and believe in hybernation in winter, as I hate the cold.

Struggled with weight since having two kids close together (now 13 years ago!!) I have a very demanding busy job, so prepping food and making wise choices is a very deliberate thing for me to have to do.
I am banting ... of following a LCHF lifestyle and I'm hoping this will work.
