I wish. I normally replace crackers and chips with pork skins/rinds.

I've found some recipes but they all are over 1000 calories unless you just eat a few. I am not a 5 cracker person, lol

Try Pinterest. I have pinned some low carb cracker recipes but haven't tried them yet so can't recommend them.

If 11 grams for a large 25 gram cracker is not too much, I just purchased Doctor Cracker for the first time. If you want to lower the carbs, the serving is ample enough to only have 1/2 cracker. Whole grain and flavor able enough. 5 G protein, 3 g fiber, no sugar.

I should add that this formula is combined with a target of 60 min of exercise a day.

Not crackers but I put low carb wraps in a 500F oven and they get scrip and sometimes puff up. I sprinkle on some salt and they are like crackers.

Thanks all! Funny, I'd forgotten about pork rinds. Also, I'll try the low carb tortillas in the oven.

I love making raw onion bread in a dehydrator if you have one, high in protein too...
