A rainy one at that….been doing a morning walk after breakfast…looking forward to that outside…the purpose mainly is to build my confidence in being able to walk outside…and not feeling off balance..due to eyes…
Not snacking..really hits me about 230-300pm in the afternoon…but I’ve been on track ..with it…and I’m seeing the benefits from it…
Enjoyed some vitamin d yesterday afternoon..so nice…
