survived a whole day yesterday and met my net carb goal for the day. Now time to repeat. I was really feeling low and everyone's post yesterday were so encouraging and supportive and just really really helped me reset my state of mind. I was too busy making excuses not to remember that "hey, Ive done this before " and I can do it again. Imma be the best version of me I can be and that means cutting out the negativity (one of my goals for 2016). its gonna be hard but I have no one to blame but myself, so time to take action and start kicking ass again. In an effort to do so Ive prepped a bunch of veggies for the next few days, made a shopping list, made my list of "mini" goals and waiting on DH to make our meal plan for the week. I invited my little brother to work out with me tomorrow and made plans to walk with my bff on Fridays and I work out with the kid Tues -Thurs so I have a buddy every day of the week now.. AND on a side note, I forgot to mention DH finally tried cauliflower rice and agreed to try one new veggie dish a week.. So not a total failure these last few days.. Now to make it thru today.. lets do this!!

Redgirl sorry I've been MIA mostly the past couple weeks so missed your previous post. Remember how far you have come. To me it sounds like you are on a roll and awesome that DH is helping you along He will be healthier along with you. Sounds like everything is positive for you!!

Life is all about learning lessons. Some lessons keep coming back until we learn from them and move past them. You are in a learning phase and I know you can move past this lesson once and for all, so lace up your sneakers, dust off those workout clothes, work out DVD's, crank up the tunes and get moving. You are your own best INVESTMENT for 2016 and the profits are wonderful.
