lack of organization is one of my biggest pet peeves... ugh.. work crap today.. some people.. sheeesh.. OK .. got that outta way! LOL bwahahaha..
My fit bit HR charge got here yesterday!! happy day!I've wanted one for a year but never wanted to spend 150. on it. My son got it for me black Friday with a discount. He's a good boy. Welp, needless to say, it sparked a new interest in cardio for me. LOL. I SOOOO needed that. I woke up and walked to store this morning and got in 3k before breakfast. AND I'm adding in a daily goal of 10 flights climbed since I live on the 2nd floor here. I really needed to find that spark again...
Now if i can just get my diet in check.I was thinking in the shower this morning (of course that's where all my thinking is done LOL) and i realized that since my mom came and left, I've quit buying the same.I was on target forever and then she came and I started buying differently bc she was here and that caused negative effect bc I'm not prepared. Like example..I have nothing for breakfast so I winged it and ate yogurt and melon..not a real breakfast in my book.I'm used to being stocked up and planned out and prepped and all that. I need to get back on track. SO. Now i think I know whats causing some of my issues, I know how to fix. Monday is grocery day,so Sunday I will clean out fridge and cabinets and take all traces of left over carbage to her place and start fresh. I plan to do induction for 2 weeks to reset. But Andee, why not start now you say. Welp bc Saturday is my company Xmas party so might as well go out with a bang.Not over do it and of course do my best till then but no sense is trying to start any sooner than Monday.And I'm still extremely active..so not a total fail this week. LOL. AND OMG is it me or late evenings I get so hungry and cravings. BOO..

Red, awesome on the fitbit!! I love mine even if it isn't an HR. Being aware of what is sabatoging you is a biggie!! Have a blast at your Christmas party!!

THAN KS WF... and omg I loved my flex for 2 yrs till i lost it LOL.. any fit bit is great in my book. I dont know what it is about them that makes you want to get up and move.

I've got a Charge HR and it's become a part of me and what I do each day. I think you're really going to like it. Check out the ability to track you exercise sessions and then go back and see the figures and stats....it gives you real time heart rate data which is very helpful. I think you're wise to wait until after Saturday's party to start induction, have fun.

Your mom moved out? Hooray! No induction because of a company Xmas party? Uhhh. Well, maybe workout an extra hour beforehand and skip snacks that day, and you can still keep the calorie count low. BTW - yogurt and fresh fruit is my breakfast every morning: it works, it's healthy and a realistic lifestyle choice; tons of skinny size 2 Californians out my way eat this for breakfast or lunch.
