It's been a week and a half since I've revamped my eating habits. what a difference! My energy levels were so low I didn't even realize how horrible my body felt. After less than two weeks I can walk up the stairs without getting out of breath. I'm already less bloated and I don't frequent the bathroom every half hour. I can't believe I let myself get off track so much! Thank God for another day to redeem myself. I feel sometimes you have to fall a little to realize how good you have it. Those dairy queen ice creams aren't really as important as my ability to live a long and happy life. I hope everyone else is having a great day too!
