I am 24 Years old and for a majority of my life I have struggled with my weight. In July of 2013, I broke down and realized that the cause of all my heath problems, discomfort and unhappiness was due to the abhorrent amounts of carbs that I was eating in my daily diet. After switching my carb intake to only include vegetables, nuts and the occasional dairy product, I feel better and vow to never look back! I am always experimenting with different recipes and the like so I never get bored. I am super excited to begin this journey forward as the new me:)

4lbs overnight!!!!!
Being hungry after excersising just means that your metabolism is working. i see it as a good sign. I would just make sure to eat the right kinds of foods before and after excersising. I usually eat protein rich foods in light amounts before, and then another light meal after to help my muscles build up. then I snack throughout the day until dinner, but only in moderation.

I love STevia! its organic, all natural and tastes very much like sugar. Its a little pricey, but a little goes a long way!
