Happy 😃 colddddd Monday…..

Yes….its 1…with wind chill of -18….. once again this morning…most every thing around town has been canceled…stay in..stay warm…

Already did my morning meditation…each morning I look forward to that…a great way to center and receive my guidance for the day…

Todays plan…ride…upper body…yesterday was a recovery day…I was lazy…no more movement..then required…did play do monies yesterday afternoon f for an hour…then watched the cowgirls get beat…badly..the other game..I was helping /guiding a very dear friend thru life challenges…more important then a football game…

Sun rise .. in the process…
