Hey guys!! So this sucks! I was sipping coffee this morning and catching up on posts when my phone rang. I got called into TC post office due to illness and it looks like this final week leading up to Christmas....I will be there every morning, I get to come home long enough to pill the pups and then run to my PO for the rest of the day. NO ME TIME THIS WEEK.....WAAAAAAAAA 😭😭😭😭😭!!!

Thanks Drag, I'm speeding through ATM but I've found that the strength training is paying off...at least in the amount of discomfort I experience in dragging heavy packages out of deep carts...strength and suppleness has improved and made the extra work less taxing!!

Early release day, I got home around 10 caught up on a few household chores.....the dog hair elimination!!! So I had a dance with the vacuum cleaner for about 30 minutes. It amazes me how quickly it builds up in just two days!!! Hubby has not been getting home till around 7, pups are being neglected with both of us being out of the house extended hours. The big dogs are full of energy and very bored, the little guys just want to cuddle up on us and not let us out of their sight, so I took the big dogs out for a run.....they run, not me...I use a golf cart, the littles just sit in the seat next to me and enjoy the ride....and shiver cuz it's COLD out. Littles all wear sweaters and jackets, the big guys have enough hair to provide us all with fur coats!! So, still no me time, but it's a temporary thing, I hope! You guys have a great rest of your day....I gotta go scrape the dog hair off me and get ready for my afternoon in my PO!

Maybe 🤔 you can find time for a bath 🛁? I been trying personally to gather as much of my strength to get stuff done as possible my lack of breath has been reducing my efforts despite my wishes. And even though I am sleeping it just doesn't seem to take...? It's been very very frustrating I have these plans for what I should get done and yet I just can't seem get myself to do it right 😡💢. I'm making progress just not enough and the kids being home has stunted that too. 😔 But I hope you can find some time for you I really do.

I love the image of you and the puppies riding with the big dogs with the golf cart. It just sounds like fun 😊.

Leah, the big dogs are on leads tied off to the sides of the cart, it's top speed is 15mph but we do about 5 and let the big guys run, they pretty much stay next to us., it's covered, but no windshield or doors so it's quite a chilly ride in the winter. Leah, I had plans for my me time, I was going to be doing my workouts....little me times like baths and such can be done in the evenings. I can't work out after hubby comes home, got too much stuff I have to do for him, and the dogs...cooking, feeding and medicating all of them and then we have the livestock to feed, hay to move, fences and water troughs to check, cats to feed, then I have to clean up the mess I made cooking, throw some clothes in the laundry, put away the ones I washed and dried before I left for work...farm life...then I look up, it's ten PM and I gotta go to bed so I can get up at 4:30 in the morning and start it all over again.

So dinner is cooking right now, I have a moment to sit down at the computer and catch up on some posts while it cooks, in 15 minutes it doggie med time, dinner will be ready 15 minutes after that, feed everyone inside, then outside we all go for post dinner potties and to start on the livestock and cats, doggos go with us for all of that. I have to hold the littles when he cranks up the tractor so they won't get squashed by accident, everyone else has sense enough to stay out from under the tractor tires! LOL Every day is an adventure here, Hubby was just recapping his day, he went to the lumber supply and his truck belt broke and stripped out the bearings in his alternator, he was in town so he had Napa deliver the parts and tools to him and he repaired it right there on main street. 700.00 bucks in parts and tools, two hours with police parked behind him directing traffic around him while he fixed it.then he got his lumber and went back to the job and I whine about my day.....*shaking head* I got nothing to complain about!!!

Debra that must be a sweet town. Here the police would make you tow it instead of helping safeguard the repair😂. Of course we are rapidly becoming the most crime ridden state in America so there’s that. I would LOVE to see a picture of the big dogs running next to the golf cart if you are ever able to post one🥰. I have no idea how you do it all. I would be worn to a thread with everything you do.

Swainsboro is the nearest larger town we have...about 10,000 in population, it's a town of working folks too, so the police are tolerant of issues that plague the working man. It would have taken at least two hours to secure a tow also as there was an accident out on I-16 also and no trucks were available because they were all out on the freeway. Main Street has diagonal street parking and he pulled over and crossed 3 parking spaces, the police just wanted to make sure no-one ran over his legs when he had to go under the truck to tighten a few bolts. As far as doing what we do...we do it because we must, when you have livestock, pets and jobs, you are gonna have to put in some overtime to keep it all together. Winter is the rough time, but it's 3 months out of the year, anyone can do anything for 3 months!

Sweetie there's nothing wrong with complaining; complaining can be quite healthy and therapeutic. Just like in a good cry can be therapeutic mental health is important I don't mind to listen and I'm sure others don't as well. 😁

Whewww, Deb, you're a busy bee! Owning animals is like having children, very time consuming. Just make sure you take a breather when you get a chance. Here I am up at 6 a.m. with no where to go & nothing to do. My circadian rhythm wakes me up, and tells me it's time for coffee & quite time before everyone else in the house starts stirring...lol. I prefer a little quite time to get my thoughts together & day planned than extra sleep. I hate starting my day without it. It's like being slapped into a whirlwind...lol.

I get some quiet time today, they called me last night and said I didn't have to come in because the Amazon projections for delivery was less than 200 packages, so I slept till 7 and now sipping my coffee, it's a beautiful thing!
