Howdy, FS Fam. I had an emergency tooth extraction this morning (rear bottom) and my eating options are pretty limited the next few days.

I got Sugar free jello, pudding, and some instant grits and potatoes.

Any other ideas for something filling, tasty, and really soft? tia!

Greek Yogurt, Oatmeal, cottage cheese, Sweet Potato or pumpkin Soup perhaps?

yogurts, potted meats, canned sardines, mashed sweet potatoes, ice cream 👀👀, chicken and soft dumplings, baby food 🤢, protein shakes, fruit smoothies....just about anything you can puree or chop fine in a food processor.

Yogurts, soups, apple sauce, cottage cheese. I puréed a sweet potato and added it on top of a hardy lentil soup. Protein shakes. When I had my wisdom tooth pulled I made a chocolate and PB and cottage cheese one w avocado. It was SO GOID and pretty filling.

Protein shakes. Low carb option. There are low carb options that are vegan as well. It'll help you stay full and keep on track
