I attribute my progress to 1st: learning the basics of nutrition📚🤓, 2nd: Being kind to myself even at my worst times🙏🏼; understanding that a day or two of not following the plan will not kill the progress that’s happening in my overall new reality. 3rd and most important: To approach this journey towards HOW I WANT TO FEEL 🧘instead of HOW I WANT TO LOOK.
