Ok...so I've been cheating and the scale is showing it. On again off again relationships...major exams in school...and I guess the stress of it all made me want to snack a bit. So a few potatoe chips later...here I am! Better next week!
237.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Stress can do that to us sometimes but this is a new week and you can start again. Why not try substituting something else when you are stressed. Maybe go for a walk or buy some healthy good snacks that aren't alot of calories to get you through those cravings. Good Luck!
