It's ok, Probably bloated from yesterday. Couldn't seem to stop eating last night. I usually get in a strong workout on Monday but I had to have my heart tests so no workout, no caffeine, no chocolate! By evening I had a full blown migraine ( just goes to show how addicted I am to coffee) and all I wanted was chocolate!! Go to specialized Cardiologist this afternoon..

I really feel for your situation. Cardiac arrhythmia issues forced me to give up anything containing caffeine. At this point after several years, I really do not miss the caffeine. There is a desire for the taste of chocolate, but just have to stay away from it. I certainly hope you receive some good answers to the cardiac tests.
