Day 10 of 30 min 30 day treadmill..I'm stiff today and legs ache...but I willsure try and get the treadmill done..I get up every mornin walk out onto the deck, march in place 10 steps each side, and touch my toes 10 times then stretch out arms and legs..then I get coffee, and after drinking it I start chores..ughhh..it does help alot when your 66..
