the plan had been to go to the gym this morning...but that just didnt happen...the humid weather has been zappin my energy level to 0 and seems i have needed more sleep thru the nite...i did hear the alarm clock this morning...but shut it off an went back to sleep...now i feel guilty even though i know i probably needed the sleep...was out in in the heat yesterday morning long enough to do the walmart list an then back inside to keep outta the heat...was out yesterday afternoon and was so hot an humid felt like i was getting a sun tan as i walked acrost the yard...hate stayin inside when the weather isnt so humid...but just no choice...i can usually take the heat...but right now the heat is just to humid...weather channel is showing 7 days of rain...an lower temps...that would be nice...the lower temps...not all of that rain...lol....grass is growing great already....well...gonna go an make some tea and get my bananna...gaining weight...but im sure its just water or to much salt intake..nothing to worry about..keep cool an keep the water bottle handy...
