Laughing. Do squats picking up tools, nails etc. that you drop, or reaching to paint that woodwork.

Kelly, thinking of you and your kitchen as I go to heat up some lunch,,,the power for my dining room is also my stove and microwave, it is off. So it meant whatever had to be cold or the grill. Opted to finish the smoked sausage I bought for the boys. I'm not at a place I can turn the power back on as I'm replacing the ceiling fan and light in my dining room.

Jeri, yeah I have a microwave which I rarely use or the grill. The grill is not even used daily. We calling camping at home. Fridge is the only this else I have available, thus I eat a lot of cold leftovers. Save a lot of my carbs for dinner usually for low carb tortillas or a big helping of veggies. And tonight after the kids helped Ron all day to pick up 3500 lbs of cardboard crack (MTG commons and uncommons) the kids loaded and unloaded and yes Ron weighted it all on the scale I use to weigh myself daily box by box, I hope it still weight me accurately. But anyway we took the kids up the road to get ice cream or whatever treat they wanted. And I was good I abstained.

Awesome that the kids helped!!! my bribe this week for the tiplets was ice cream LOL. They ate it all so none left to tempt me, they said they would be nice to me and do that ;)) finally the power is back on in the kitchen and the ceiling fan installed. Dang much more work and time than I planned on!!! Reno projects always seem to take longer an involve more than you plan on. At least this one wasn't a bunch of extra $$$. Dinner for me..heated up mayo coba beans and some fresh corn. Just quick, then back to work on the house. Probably no workout as planned as I'm getting tired.

Kelly, take a bit and rest, sleep in for an hour in the am. It feels good sometimes. You need to take care of you as well as getting things accomplished. A bit more rest and you can also do more, I've learned this the past few years on this journey.

Get some sleep, you need your rest. The old count sheep, MMMM sleep sheep only one letter different. I count slow easy yoga type breaths, helps me sleep when I'm stressed. Calms the body, relaxes, calms the mind. New counter tops, I would love love that.

Lol, I think I'd be wound up too. I just wouldn't go to bed till I was too tired to do anything but sleep. I hate lying there awake, and the more I lie, the more awake I get.
