well this is almost 5 days..completely off Flovent for Asthma..yeah I wheezed a little today but it went away..as did my swollen face and ankles from that nasty stuff...and my body aches about 90% LESS since I weened off that poison...I have been on it 3 times with the same symptoms and the Drs say "I dont understand that it shouldnt make your joints ache or gain weight" YEAH RIGHT..read the side effects...anyway I feel 100% better, been working out every day in the pool since Monday, and I been watching what Im eating, trying to stay low calorie more exersize..fingers crossed for weigh in day tomorrow!
