I thought I did great all wk except I didnt get lunch most of the wk..By the time I thought about it..it was almost supper time so...But this morning I weighed, and I can honestly say..Im gonna take the scale out and run it over with the car, the motorcycle, the mower, then bury it in the yard...lol Last wk I weighed in at 212.4 this week its 212.6...wth...lol Now I know Im constipated somewhat cause I havent been eating alot of veggies and fiber but come on....then I move the digital scale to the other side of the bathroom and it says 214.6..yeah Im gonna do it...lol shit

ty I sure hope so..Im gonna try going back to treadmill again...Its wet and raining out so..sad part is we have a pool and no ones swam in it yet because of the weather..the temp finally gets to 76 in the pool and it rains for days..ughh
