ty for everyones imput on my journal about not losing...I took to heart all the suggestions and I did my menu for the day..I hope it reflects better choices, more protein, less fat than before...I like making my menu out before hand so I will stick to it better...Last night I made chili but was not much into it, but I filled up my crock-pot with chicken legs, and today I will de-bone it & divide it up in 1 cup portions...I did my outside stretches for 10 min..the smoke from the wild fires in Canada are getting think here in Ohio and I have Asthma..so Im staying in today I guess which is hard for me I love being outside doing things...so I will prolly make foods up for the wk..idk..I did make the dogs some yogurt peanutbutter bark..lol they loved it..lol Hubby works 3rd at Conagra...they make Slim Jims at his plant..good thing I don't care for them..he brings them home by the bags full...so I give them all away, and the dogs love them..lol Onward to my day! ty again!

Good plan. I make most progress when I planned a few weekly menus and prepped for the week. Then I'd rotate them so I didn't get bored or obsess about every meal and temptation. Holidays and parties were free for all days.

You're preaching to the choir about grocery prices! They're going up every week. I told the Boar's Head guy at the deli that we're breaking up.😥 $13.24 for a pound of lunch meat is ridiculous. 🤬😡 I bought a turkey breast and ham that I'll roast and slice and package myself. My Food Saver is getting a workout. I didn't buy much fresh produce either. #Let'sGoBrandon

lol I hear ya! I need to do that! I have a food saver too and jst scored a big bag of free saver bags from someone whos saver broke..so I traded the SlimJims hubbys gets at work for them..lol btw you can food saver SlimJims an freeze them for a yr! I grind them up when short of meat and add them to burger in dishes...I think everyone soon will wish they had started a garden and pantry....and I also wish BRANDON would go! Hes crashing our economy BIG TIME!

Missy the notifications on this app are wonky. I've lost followers and people I've enjoyed following. Sometimes my account is private then randomly open. It all depends on the day... [yes I've uninstalled and installed the app again] I SAY ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I wrote you back and probably won't know it if I don't say so here🤣🙂
