OK. . . back to eating Mediterranean Diet and daily exercise. So far, so good. I've got a November wedding to attend and I so desperately want to be down 10 lbs. If I stick to it like I did for the past year and one half, I should be able to get there. Exercise and portion control is key!Here I go--wish me luck.
