Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….
I took time off as I felt like I was in a rut….over the days I listened to more you tube dr. …and there info on food and sugar….loosing the weight shouldn’t be your only reason for changing your food lifestyle…it should be for getting your body detoxed and back to the way it was before food was changed…

Debating on a 48 hour fast…that would start after breakfast…I had been thinking as long as I’m loosing .5 each day..why do a longer fast…which seems to be working nicely…so might just stick to omad..and r joy what’s working…
Weather here in Illinois is heating up fast…my hour of enjoying the morning sun…has shrunk to 30-45minutes…but it just feels so refreshing…
Well….things to do…gotta weigh in here…another loss….
