The sun is finally out today! As soon as it warms up Im going out in it! I so hate winter in Ohio..So we didnt get but one snow this yr rest of the time it rained...I have about 4 days till the rain comes again and tomorrow I start painting the other deck...ughh alot of work..I can do this cause no one else will..Diet surprisingly is going good!this is wk 2...I never know what to cook or eat..Im trying to do really low carbs and workout everyday doing soemthing..Our grown Son who recently moved back home..he's Hypoglycemic so he needs carbs..that boy never stops..good part is hes a plumber..lol and hubby is diabetic..so its a challenge...I havent drank a Keto chow shake in 2 days..its ok but it bloats me some and I rather have food..lol So I been makin them for hubby..well times wasting...Its National Prayer Day so I pray for all those who need a blessing! huggs!
