After 7 days on Lake Michigan, I'm surprised that I haven't gained more...7 days of wonderful beer, wine and carbs in Door County Wisconsin...lots of relaxation too
236.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
