Love it when others plan my weekends.
Last night I grazed on fruit instead of a protein shake. And then I snacked on Lucky Charms, putting me way over.
As exhausted as I was last night, wouldn't you know it I slept light?

Evenings have been a challenge for me to. Try to make some healthier snacks convenient for when you feel those nighttime munchies. Or, just have a glass of water or some tea instead.
