Today's thought - If you always look for the negative, it's what you'll always see. If you always look for the positives, it's what you'll always see.

Yesterday was a LONG, LONG, LONG day and my personality took a southernly turn around 9:30pm. Our office uses Vistaprint for marketing tools like banners, business cards, and postcards. We've not ever used their postcard mailing service, so there's that. To start with, the excel formats had to be adjusted and then the math of trying to figure out where the even split on the 2nd list (approx 5000) would be after about 2000 people were already uploaded into their system. I reverted back to grammar school and word problems. Didn't help that I was not communicating well what I was trying to figure out...generated alot of frustrated feelings and four letter words. Plus they had an amazing discount offer last night till midnight of 40% off. Got the first list uploaded and paid for. Uploaded the second order/list, and started on the second business card order when I noticed the cart was empty. (insert headache, frustration, and select four letter words). Noticed first order was cancelled and there was a second order pending for what appeared to be the first order, but it said it was free. (insert a four letter word, a the letter word, and a four letter word) So I called the company, was on hold for about 15 minutes....long enough for me to upload the 2nd list and 2 sets of business cards and pay for them. Printed out invoice for 2nd order, 1st order (cancelled) and 1st order pending. Finally got a rep on the phone who said the addresses weren't lining up correctly on the first list, so they adjusted and thus generating the two invoices for the first order. Whew. Okay. I can fully understand that one. Thanked them and finished up around 10:40pm. Nice nearly 12 hour day. Was so tired, yet so wound up. Ate supper around 11pmish. Shake and some strawberries. Nothing too crazy. Once Benadryl kicked in, it was a short night till 6:30am. Totally reset to 7:30am. Fortunately dog let me sleep in. Amazing how speedily that hour comes around.

Working on moving more during the day. Yesterday I had sat for about 6 hours not moving. Can't let that happen. Did goddess pose, downward dog, leg stretches...just to get loosened up. Did not like the feeling I had in my legs from sitting so long. Today, at least every 2 hours, I'm getting up and moving around. Love will appreciate that.
