Not enough sleep….what my whoop said…time changes tonight..I’m ready…haven t been sleeping all night…it’s getting old…
Another cold cold day…windy yesterday..made it really cold yesterday…march is letting us kno..it’s still winter out there…
Only 3 miles yesterday…just wasn’t in the mood..
Ate 2 meals yesterday…but wish I hadn’t..lol…at the time it sounded good..nut after I added it to fs…that day was shot…and the scales moved again…lol…no biggie…back on track today…I think..lol…
Well…haven’t walked yet…but ☕️ was good…lol…already daylight…guess il get my first mile…
