Successful intermitent fasting today, but I blew it at lunch. I ate mostly salads and meat and keto cheesy squash casserole. Then I visited the dessert table after all. So I'm drinking BPC for supper. And a Premier Protein shake.

BPC=bullet proof coffee. contains butter or coconut oil, coconut cream. I always add a tsp of dark cocoa powder to mine. There are several recipes for bullet proof coffee on Fat Secret. Good news: I weigh same Monday morning as Sunday morning, so no gain from my lunch!
