Happy 😃 happy 😃 friday…
Did my morning walk…. But gonna cut down on workouts today…my body needs recovery…had my 8 hours….but…my body is talking..and i havnt been listening…its hard for me to take days off…i just enjoy that feeling of working out…thru out the day…just means walking today…less upper body moves today…
No ride yesterday…was just feeling like i do today….body was talking..i was being positive about it…but just didnt have the energy to do it…
Been thinking of resetting my wake up alarm…since i dont ride in the am ….and extra sleep would help me recover more…maybe set it to 430am…or 5am…just means moving faster to catch up for that hour of sleep…just thinking about it…always looking to improve my sleep…
Well….first cup of ☕️ is gone….almost 630am…and all i have to show is a walk….
