I've been thrown off a bit today thanks to my sister grabbing some Taco Bell...I didn't eat a lot but yeah. I am not going to let it completely derail my day though. There is still hope of salvaging it. :p My workout did not happen this morning but I am going to do it as soon as I get home from picking up my daughter from school. Luckily it's not that far for me so it will only take like 30 mins.

Despite today being a little slow, I have been having a lot of fun playing with my youngest girl. It was nice re-bonding with her. Now I just need to work on my bond with the oldest. So...overall, it's not a bad thing that I pushed my workout till the evening. :)

Never give up. So you had Taco Bell. It's done--just watch what you eat after that. Maybe have a salad later for dinner.

You can eat Taco Bell and still lose weight. I get the soft chicken tacos al fresco (2). They are pretty low in calories. Sometimes, if I have the calories, I get the pinto beans and cheese too.
