feeling lethargic again, however i've been good with my food today. whoop whoop :o)

Hi, I see you're new here! Welcome, and thanks for the buddy request. There are lots of great tools here on FS to track your food and exercise - I highly recommend them. It seems like a lot of work at first, but it gets easier and quicker - and helps show where you can tune things up if you're not seeing the results you want. Yes, I will be your buddy, thanks for asking. This is a great forum, and there are so many people here who want success not only for themselves but for others. That was makes FS special. Writing down what you eat helps tremendously with staying accountable. Good luck and try to journal everyday too. That also helps. Welcome. :-)

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies :o) i found my way on to this site through an application on my phone, and im glad i did as its full of helpful tools, info and support that will hopefully help me to re-educate my bad habits that i have with food. i'll try and make it my mission to complete my journal everyday too. thanks (AMRYK)------ my new poochie is an 8wk old toy poodle called truffles, he's a mini poo machine :o)
