Today is....yup...SPIKE Day!
Already, a co-worker was passing around donuts...yes Please!
Really sore today in the inner part of both elbows and the inner part of both knees. See what increasing weights in BodyPump will do for you?
I expect the full soreness to arrive tomorrow. Usually I don't feel too sore the day after a workout, its the day after that.
Still, I don't think the weights are heavy enough yet. From what I read, the last reps should be near impossible to finish...I was able to easily finish all the routines that included weights. My only trouble came with planks and lunges (lunges because I am a clutz!).
Hopefully the rains staves off until I get the dogs walked. We are expecting severe thunderstorms this afternoon.
The rest of the weekend looks a bit more promising weather wise.

Wow your doing so great with the work outs..The lunges kill my knees,so I can only do them half way..I got to take care of my self and not get hurt before I leave to take care of my sis next month..No need for both of us being laid up..Hahahaha Enjoy the donut...Bren

I use to have trouble with any exercise that involved the knees. I guess that I just built up the muscles around them enough that they don't bother me anymore...same with my back. That donut was truely devine! Waiting for lunch to enjoy my salad with grilled chicken!
