It's Friday. Honestly it has been a rough and very stressfull week. However I made it through. For that aone I am grateful.
So today is day 6 of the no PNB challenge that I had set for myself. If I can make it to Sunday then I won. :-) :-) I'm still working on coming up with one for next week. I'm thinking about giving up salty foods, and maybe challenge myself to start those stupid exercises and stretches that I plan to do but then come up with a million excuses why I don't. It would be a good way to start the morning. Plus it is that time of day when I am stiffest from work the night before. So perhaps if I did start it would be a double bonus. Hhhhhhmmmmm now there's a thought.
Well with that said a definate plan needs to be hatched.
