Upper body workout with my trainer. Im finally getting the definition I want in my back. I have been really concentrating on my workouts, making them count and pushing myself. Not bad for a almost 65 year old woman...

Great job. I have always been a big proponent of weight lifting. It definitely helps with a toned body like yours but it also helps with health benefits like osteoporosis and improved posture. Keep it up Georgeous. 💪🌺
