Back to eating better..today I did 20 min. on treadmill, stretches, and cleaned, cooked for 3 hrs..tired..Had to go to Urgent care last sat for seasonal llergy asthma wheezing..darn rag weed..and the field behind us that had soy beans was tilled all blowing towrd my house..anyway tried to weight but scale said 204, 206 209 211..lol need a new battery! God Bless!
