A good first day with many to follow, I must think positive. I had really good results six years ago and lost 35lbs. Going to take it one day at a time.

You can do it!! Remember the first few days or week is really tough. Your body is going through a lot of changes - just stay focused and know that after a week or so you will feel amazing!! More energy, cravings will be gone and you will start losing.

I am in your exact same boat (but congrats - you saw the light at an earlier age than I did!). I am in week 4 and it is so much easier after the first two. Make sure you stay strict on the 20 carbs or less - lots of (the right) veggies and water. It is so worth it... Hang in there!
