Feel good with number on the scale. I have been working longer hours since taking on additional cleaning jobs, but I think all the extra exercise is actually paying off.

Starting to get a little bored with what I am eating, so tomorrow is grocery day. Eating healthy can be quite expensive so I will definately be looking at my options to keep the cost down.

I was able to get through day one without too much trouble. The hardest thing I am having trouble dealing with is my coffee consumption. I can't drink it without the sugar and milk in it, so I only had one mug instead of my normal 6 per day. Just a little addicted to the stuff so I need to reduce my intake over the next week or so. I need to succeed this time around so I will be taking this one day at a time.

This is the worse I have ever felt in my life. I need to get my life back on track which is going to start with my health and weight issues. In the last year my husband and I went through a serious financial situation with his brother which resulted in the sale of our home. We are much happier now that that is out of our lives but it took a toll on both of us. I became so depressed and gave up on everything including controlling my weight; my health has affected my daily life in so many ways. I am always tired; it has effected how I perform my job, my physical relationship with my husband. I can't even run around with my 16 month old grandson because I get exhausted in minutes.
I have started doing the Atkins diet because that is the only thing that has worked for me in the past. I have to make my health the priority before some serious health issues occur. Fat secret is a tool that is here for all to take advantage of, but one must make a commitment to take charge of their life. I am choosing to take my life back.
